Spicy Stuffed Tenderloin
Ingredients:
4 Red Barn tenderloin steaks
4 jalapenos
4 oz cream cheese
4-8 slices of bacon depending how big steaks are
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Butterfly tenderloin steaks. Take seeds out of the jalapenos and stuff with cream cheese. Place one cheese stuffed jalapeno in each steak. Close steak and wrap with bacon slice. Hold together with toothpick. Grill until done. Remember well done is not the best way to cook venison.
